On Friday, September 23, 2016, Centennial High School held its annual Homecoming Carnival.

The school year has already become overwhelming for some students.  With so much homework and so many extracurricular activities, it feels as though there’s a constant pressure, a never ending set of expectations, for students to always continue to strive and conquer through their schoolwork.

Taking a break from the stressful environment and being given an opportunity to have fun at school is exactly what the students of Centennial needed for Homecoming Weekend.

“I like how everyone gets a chance to see a snapshot of every club’s valued,” said junior Bebo Harraz, co-president of the Muslim Student Association.

Filled with fun booths, games, foods, and plenty of ways to fundraise for clubs, the afternoon was a major success.
